The implementation arrangement of the 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment system includes five parts: 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment method, national voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站 organization, self-declaration organization, 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment mark and supervision and management.
The 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment system for the limited use of hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 in electrical and 八骏娱乐在线网站 八骏娱乐在线网站 includes two ways: voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站 for the limited use of hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 in electrical and 八骏娱乐在线网站 八骏娱乐在线网站 and declaration of the supplier's compliance. The supplier of electrical and 八骏娱乐在线网站 八骏娱乐在线网站 included in the standard management catalogue should choose voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站 or self-declaration to complete the 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment of the restricted use of hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 of electrical and 八骏娱乐在线网站 八骏娱乐在线网站.
The voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站 should be implemented in accordance with the implementation rules of the voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站 for the restriction of the use of hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 in electrical and 八骏娱乐在线网站 八骏娱乐在线网站. Certification bodies engaged in voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站 promotion by the state shall be established in accordance with law, approved by the state administration of market supervision and solicit opinions from the ministry of industry and information technology. Certification institution shall comply with the basic requirements of the measures for the administration of the 八骏娱乐在线网站 body, meet the GB/T 27065 "八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment 八骏娱乐在线网站 body 八骏娱乐在线网站, processes and services requirements, and RB/T 242" requirements of green product 八骏娱乐在线网站 institution ", and it shall meet the requirements to engage in electric and 八骏娱乐在线网站 product 八骏娱乐在线网站 activities related to restrict the use of harmful 八骏娱乐在线网站 testing technical capabilities. The supplier shall, after completing the 八骏娱乐在线网站 evaluation of the 八骏娱乐在线网站, submit the 八骏娱乐在线网站 information of the corresponding 八骏娱乐在线网站 in accordance with the "rules for the declaration of 八骏娱乐在线网站 of the supplier to restrict the use of harmful 八骏娱乐在线网站 of electrical and 八骏娱乐在线网站 八骏娱乐在线网站".
Use picture I as 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment mark for 八骏娱乐在线网站 subject to national voluntary 八骏娱乐在线网站. For self-declared 八骏娱乐在线网站, use picture II as 八骏娱乐在线网站 assessment mark.
China RoHS 2 requires that all 八骏娱乐在线网站 and electrical 八骏娱乐在线网站 that are sold in the People's Republic of China be marked with one of the following two logos depending on whether if they contain any hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 exceeding official concentration limits.
Green symbol with e in it: This product does not contain any hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 exceeding concentration limits and is a green environmentally friendly product which can be recycled;
Orange symbol with the number 10 in it: This product contains certain hazardous 八骏娱乐在线网站 and can be used safely during its environmental protection use period (as indicated by the number in the center) which should enter into the recycling system after its environmental protection use period.
